As a fitness professional, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your experience, needs and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Motivation AND discipline are my specialty. A Bit More About Me
I've been training to be a fitness professional my whole life. Growing up I played football, baseball and lacrosse. After high school I found boxing which became a huge passion. I started teaching strength, conditioning and boxing in my backyard. I knew shortly after that this was my calling. I obtained my national CPT through NASM and got a job at equinox where i learned much about the industry. I was there for 3 years before accepting a job offer as the head boxing instructor with UFC gym New Hyde Park. in October 2013 I received the Coach of the month award and in 2014, I earned my way into the presidents club. In January, 2016 I went out on my own and JSF Fitness Inc was born.
